Winemaking: White wine, vinified from the centuries-old Batoca grape variety recommended solely for the Basto sub-region, fermented at a controlled temperature, in order to highlight the aroma of the grape variety used.

Aroma: Clear appearance, with a fruity and intense nose.

Mouth: It reveals the balance and smoothness of the grape variety in the mouth.

Harmonization: It goes well with starters, fish and not very spicy meats.

Alcohol Content: 12.5%
