Winemaking: Long-aged red wine made using the centuries-old method of foot treading in granite presses.

Aroma: Clean and vinous on the nose with notes of vanilla and light wood.

Mouth: Balanced in the mouth with present but soft tannins giving a smooth and persistent finish.

Pairing: Goes well with all types of meat, regional dishes and buttery cheeses.

Alcohol Content: 14%
